I'm making a lightening mcqueen car cake, does anyone have any advice on how to make this 3-d, without the mold?

I have made a cake with Lightening McQueen on it as a RI image, but I didn't make the actual cake from the cake pan...

abed I have made a couple car cakes and it is super simple. I bake my cake in a loaf pan and then just cut. Very simple. I think when people think of carving cakes they get scared but its super easy.
