I know there is a web-site that some CC'ers use I believe it's called Elaine's, for a chart of cake serving sizes. I'm not having luck trying to do a search for it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

www.Earlenescakes.com

I use Wilton's wedding cake chart- it's a smaller serving.

I agree w/K8 - use the Wilton to figure your servings. Base your pricing on that. If they want bigger pieces, let them order more cake.
The industry standard is 1x2x4 for any cake 4" tall.

That's the one. I just wanted to check something. I don't use it anymore I started using the Wilton that's what most use.
