Here are a few sayings for you. Some the sayings are for parents with a sense of humor - I thought they were funny but, my boyfriend says I have a twisted sense of humor.. icon_wink.gif

"This labor of love came from above."

"A baby to celebrate, let's cut the cake."

"An Angel Sent From Heaven Above

"Let's Shower Her/Him With Love"

"Cute As A Button, And Ever So Dear, Our Sweet Angel _________ is Finally Here."

"Heaven Sent"

"Breath of Heaven"

"An Angel Among Us!"

"Two Little Angels Among Us!"

"Come Celebrate an Angel Among Us!"

"Come Celebrate Two Little Angels Among Us!"

"Little Hands - Little Feet,
Sent from Heaven, Perfectly Sweet."

Good Luck!

The cake I would like to do is a round 3 tier. I am just stumped on what an angel theme cake would look like.

Winged angels, stars, clouds, sparkles, sleeping Angels. Soft colors, lots of white/pastels.

Round or heart shaped cake.

Pillow cake with sleeping baby.

Fun.

annacakes that sounds amazing! What do you think I should use as a cake topper and also for angels with wings? I am on a budget, so any inexpensive ideas would help . thanks

Try modeling some BABY Angels, make them nice and chubby with tiny nappies, i like the idea of sleeping ones... i agree with annacakes i think you should have really soft colours.

I tried to attach a picture of my cake. Didn't work. I'm attaching it now (I think) and can answer any questions you have about it's construction. Hope you can use this.

I immediately started thinking big so I scaled down a bit. I was thinking of a blue marbled fondat top layer (clouds). THen using chocolate mold maybe for the angels and attach Gumpaste wings to them. Then going form their. ANyway it's ideas, although the ideas before were great!
