I'm wondering if anyone has a link to easy instructions on how to work with sugar. My Grandmother was a pro, but I was too young to learn that from her before she passed. I'd like to learn so I can make ice, sugar bottles, etc.

I like candymakingonthenet.ie for recipes and useful information, it's kinda old fashioned but a good place to learn the basics.
