Thanks, dance2874. That is probably the same thing that I saw here. They can't call it "butter" cream because I'm sure it doesn't contain butter. icon_rolleyes.gif How did you like it - working and tasting?

I actually thought it tasted very similar to my buttercream. Pretty sweet but I like it that way. It was very smooth but probably a bit thin for roses.

I'm a part time cake maker. It sounds like the SC icing is perfect since I have yet found the perfect icing recipe. Can it be put in the freezer like the regular buttercream?
