Hi,

I've been asked to cater (for free, but being reimbursed for ingredients!) a breakfast tomorrow for a support group for the newly unemployed. icon_sad.gif

I have to feed 75 people.

Anyway, I'm baking a ton of different breads -- banana, pumpkin, carrot, zucchini, etc. I have run out of vegetable oil. Can I substitute canola oil, or will that change the taste?

Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

yes you can substitute. I only use canola oil in all of my baking and everything comes out great (when I do not mess something up that is!). icon_biggrin.gif

Canola oil, corn oil, and vegetable oil are all readily interchangeable. Heck I've used peanut oil in a pinch before (just for family -- we don't have any peanut allergies).
