I was thinking of making my DH a nice cake for valentine's day. I've made him one of a box of chocolates, and of stacked pillows in past years. Are any of you planning on giving your man a cake for valentine's day? If so, do you have any good ideas? I like the look of cakes in MMF rather than buttercream- as does he.
Thanks!

I've seen a cake shaped like a bed with just the feet poking out the bottom..is that too naughty?

After reading your post I too also thought of the cake with the bed and just feet sticking out! Great minds think alike!

Last year I used small heart pans and wrote little sayings on each one. They looked like the little conversation hearts. They were really cute.

Here are some cookies I have done in the past. One of them is blurry but I think you can still see enough to get the idea. Both ideas came out of Wilton yrbks from the mid-'90s.
