Pink Pistachio Pudding

I'm planning a princess party for my 3 year old. She loves the taste of pistachio pudding but not the color. Someone please tell me how to make it pink.

Shows what colors are possible using green as a starting point. icon_smile.gif

My only other suggestion would be the use of Wilton White-White icing color/dye to lighten the green so that a pink color would be possible.

Don't know if it will change the taste/texture of the pudding. Or that I'd want to add these additional artifical ingredients just to change the color.

A teaspoon of pistachio extract (even if its green) won't make a pudding as artificially green as the instant pudding mix. However, the extract might not even BE green....
