Freezing Question

i normally bake my cakes 1-2 days in advance and freeze them using saran wrap and freezer paper.. i've got quite a big order due for saturday morning and i needed to know if i can also freeze cupcakes?? i have to make 4 doz. of them.. will they defrost ok??? and will the wrappers get weird?

Yes, you can freeze cupcakes. Yes, they will defrost fine. No, the wrappers won't get wierd.

thank you!!... one more question... what should i wrap them in... would a freezer zipploc bag be enough... or should they be wrapped differently?

The freezer ziploc will be fine. I've done that plenty of times with no problems.
