I just found a great deal on the plastic 6-cupcake containers like the supermarkets use on e-bay. There is a listing for a case (250) of containers for $14.75+$13.75 shipping. At $28 that's only about $0.11 per container! The seller is madwomanfoods. When I checked out there were still 99 cases availble. Just thought I would let everyone know!

I don't see any listing for the containers. Where do you have to look for them? I only see listings for food products.

Copy the link up where you type in the www. address is, post reply, hit the "url" button, right click, click paste and the address should show up, preview message to make sure. If it didn't, I missed a step, just let me know we'll try it again...

These look really cool...however, I have a question.

It say they are 2 7/8" inch high and I was wondering if that is tall enough to accomodate cupcake with a mound of frosting - I mean, without smooshing the frosting? thx

actually i emailed them.
these are the standard sized.
based on this size they would not accomodate the high swirls or decorations.
and they said they do not carry the "deep" version - which is what i would need icon_sad.gif

I just spoke with the owner of Madwoman's. They have over 100 cases available, so order lots! If you live in the Minneapolis area, they will wave shipping for you to pick up. I am picking up 2 cases tomorrow.

He aslo told me he will be putting cupcake wrappers on Ebay soon...he has over 100 cases of these as well. They are moving so he is trying to reduce inventory for the move
