ok does Toba Garrett's Moist Yellow cake become dense if kept in fridge after the filling is placed...?
or can it be kept frozen for some time (Baked ahead)..?

I've never made that recipe, but ANY baked good can be frozen successful with proper wrapping.

ok will it make sense if I say that yellow/ vanilla/ butter cake becomes more dense once kept in fridge compared to cakes with oil.
hence it becomes dense once kept in fridge...and it should regain its moist structure if placed outside for a while... icon_rolleyes.gif
