I have a KA pasta roller attachment that I use to roll out mmf. How are you suppose to clean the rollers? Since you are not suppose to immerse them in water, I wasn't sure how to do it. TIA

I run a damp paper towel between the rollers.

The recommended way to clean the KA pasta roller is with the pastry brush that came with it while the rollers are set on 1 and running slowly. Hold the brush UNDER the rollers and just move it back & forth.

If the pasta brush doesn't do the job to your satisfaction, you can take a damp cloth and hold it UNDER the moving rollers, running it back & forth. After that, hold a dry cloth UNDER the moving rollers and you should be good to go.

Sorry, but it's not recommended to put anything other than doughs thru the rollers.
