Whenever I try to upload pics it wont let me. I have tried on internet explorer and Firefox. It says I have already uploaded a pic with that name which I havent. Very frustrating!!!!!!!

All you need to do is rename the photo you're trying to upload. You must have a photo with the same name. Right click on the photo you want to change, and choose rename. Change it. Then try to upload it again.

Edited to add: you don't have to resize your photos down so small. Try making them 600 pixels wide. They'll be a lot easier for all of us to see!
