Have any of you made SW BC, and if so what did you think about it? I'm so used to making the butter ans PS buttercream...I want to make hers, but dont know how much I will like it.

I assume you mean SMBC? It's a fav on CC.
Does Sylvia Weinstock use SMBC? I have never looked at the SMBC Recipe before...I've made IMBC before...how close are they in taste?
A quick Google search produced a recipe for Sylvia Weinstock's buttercream and it's IMBC.
