I was told the trick of covering cake dummies with Press n Seal (I recommend it by the way! You can barely tell it's on there and will make cleaning up a lot easier!) and I was wondering what everyone does before putting fondant on the cake. Do you ice the cake with buttercream first? Do you use something else to make the fondant stick on the dummy? All suggestions are appreciated! Thanks a lot! =]

Piping gel or just a spritz of water will work. I don't use BC at all on dummies.
