I'm making a bed cake for my niece thats due to get married in 2 weeks and was wondering what I could use to make a realistic looking headboard?? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Gumpaste. Just cut it by hand w/a good sharp craft knife; let it dry and stand it up against the cake. The icing should hold it in place.

What about a thick cookie? You could frost it to look like a fabric covered headboard.
