I'm hoping that this question doesn't sound too odd.......does anyone know where I can purchase the Wilton Flower Making Kit cheaper or is there a site where we can borrow cake decorating supplies? My daughter wants the castle cake for her birthday and to make all the flowers I need the flower making kit. I don't make cakes too often so I can't see spending the $$ on the kit.

You can get it at Michaels or AC Moore. If you register on their website they email 40%-50% off coupons all the time, so you will be able to get it very cheap.

You can also watch out for your Sunday paper for the Michaels and Hobby Lobby coupons.

You could just order the cutters that you need for the flowers. I don't know what flowers you are doing but the Wilton kit has some large flowers that I don't think you would need for a castle. Wilton also has a different set with smaller flowers and you could get that at Michaels for 40% off.
