So, I have looked at several charts and am just not sure. I intend to have 4" tiers. I own 6, 8, 10, & 12 inch rounds. I recently made a cake with all these pans for 130 people and there was only a little cake leftover. I thought I had made too much cake but after if was served, I was surprised. My question is, what would you do for these sizes for 95-100 people?
I would use 12, 9, 6
If it had to be 4 tiers I'd prolly add a single layer 14" also.
I really don't like the 'tower' look a 6,8,10,12 would give but that's just me. Yes, I've see a few that look good but for the most part I just don't like it.
