I love to cook anything and everything. I've done cakes off and on for years and with 5 nephews under 7 , the cakes are back on in a hurry. My mixer is not a heavy duty. A new one is on my list, soon. I was wondering if a Cuisinart 11 cup Food proccessor with the dough blade would work for making RBC? I really want to try this on the 3 Birthday cakes I have to do in the next 6 weeks.
(Due to allergy and injury I never make bread dough so I can't compare to that. )
