Hi I am new to Cakecentral and I love this place!

I have a babyshower cake to make and the girls theme is storks. Rather than use those plastic storks, I wanted to make one out of fondant. I like the ones that hold the baby.

Does anyone know where I can find instruction on how to make one out of fondant?

Thanks!!!
Amanda

I don't think there are any tutorials specifically on storks but there are lots of tutorials on making fondant figures. I would think if you look at enough of them you might get an idea of how to do the storks? Good luck, and good for you for not using plastic ones! icon_smile.gif

I made this very simple stork for a cake topper. I'm not sure if it's the kind of stork you were looking for, but it was very easy to make. If you want more info, just let me know.
