Just wondering if anyone has tried this recipe and has any feedback ie taste, texture and how it held up.
I made a White Chocolate Mousse filling this weekend on the Slice cake I just did... It is h-e-a-v-n-l-y!!!
Well, I added a touch of Bailey's to it. Cake was for adults & no one has alcohol sensitivity.
I've never tried the Wilton recipe myself. I will use Pastry Pride so the cakes don't have to be refrigerated. In the recipes section there is a great mousse recipe...
