I have improved greatly thanks to the inspiration I get on this site but unfortunetly I can't share this with you because for whatever reason I can't upload any pictures all the sudden. I am following the correct guideline and my pictures meet the size requirements. Wish there was someone to contact on this for help.

Well, I know it says 2 mg, but try resizing them down to 1.2....it should work then.
You can use shrinkpictures.com to make it really easy!
