can I use Peterson's or Merkens choc. melts in my choc fountain? I thought I had enough choc. chips for it, and my party's tomorrow. I have lots of choc. wafers... can I use those?

Yes you can use what you have on hand. If it is too thick to flow through the fountain, you will need to thin it with vegetable oil. If you're using chocolate chips, you've probably already had to thin the chocolate anyway. I have a chocolate fountain and if I don't have flowing chocolate, I use the Merckens wafers.
