Anybody Know About Callebaut?

I have a request for nut free chocolate cupcakes. Now, my Callebaut cocoa powder does not have a nut allergy warning......I've emailed the company, but don't have a response yet. The cakes are due 2/1, so I'm a little anxious for a reply.
Any input? Anybody know for a fact whether it's safe for nut allergies?
I got a call back from Callebaut....he said the facility was nut free, so I was ok for making a cake from their cocoa powder for a nut allergic client. Just thought somebody might want to know for future reference.
Thanks! I looked at your post shortly after you made it, but I didn't know the answer. (I do have a nut allergy, so I am glad to know this is safe.)
Thanks for that info. I checked their site, but couldn't find any info about nutfree.
Thanks!
Hey Karateka,
I use Callebaut as well, love it! My DH is so spoiled to it that he (a HUGE chocoholic) won't eat something with a subpar cocoa! I tried Schaffen & one other when I was at home and the didn't compare!! Thanks for the nut allergy info though, that' good to know, I don't typically get those requests here though.
I was wondering if you would mind telling me how much you pay for yours, just out of curiosity. I pay about 7 euros per kilo here which is about $9.5-10 per kilo in a bulk bag of 5 kgs. I am always thinking about how much cheaper things are at home so figured it would be as well, just wondering, longing for the cheaper prices
