I saw this recipe for orange cream cheese frosting on the list for top-ranked recipes. Has anyone tried it? I was wondering whether or not it crusts.
I found two orange cream cheese recipes:
(For all intents and purposes, they're the same recipe. One specifies 8 Tbl. butter while the other specifies 1 stick.)
Both have been reviewed, so some members have tried them.
IMHO, neither one has a sufficient amount of powdered sugar to fat ratio to enable crusting. (Also both would require refrigeration.)
