I just got an order for 150 gluten free chocolate cake balls for tomorrow.
My cost (ingredients) to make the batch is $73.15 total. What do I charge the client?? I hate this part of it all! Any help much appreciated!
most people charge at least $1.50/truffle, at least.
not sure if you're a box user, but i know wild oats/whole foods/williams sonoma/pier one has the mix "cherrybrooke farms" that is gluten free...i've heard great reviews about it! that would tremendously cut down on your supply cost.
