Can someone tell me how to make petit fors. Not sure which pan to cook them in, how big to cut them , how thick, etc. Thanks
I use 2 methods...pan - I have a 9x13 pan that has mini loafs that are 1x2x1 about 2 bites worth and I also will use a 12" square pan and cut 2x2x2 squares. I fill the 1z2z1 like you would a donut and I can either torte, or not the 2x2x2 squares. I always enrobe them in white or dark chocolate ganache. then decorate with either BC, RI, or fondant decorations.
