I need help, with a recipe of an almond cake that you add syrup so that is wet, and to be covered by fondant. Latins make similar cakes for weddings, but don't know how to go about it to make one. Please help!! icon_confused.gif

Are you wanting a Tres Leche (3 milks) recipe?

I have made this cake and its moist and tastes great. Not sure if this will work. Maybe just using a simple syrup if you think it needs something more which you could add almond extract to.
