Does anyone have any ideas for a glow in the dark cake. My cousin is giving a 16th party for a boy and girl. She wants 100 cupcakes and 2 small personal cakes. For the cupcakes I can make birght colors but what kind of design? I don't know what to do? Please help!

any design would be cool....use the electric colors and white and make sure they have a black light...everything white or neon glows under a black light.......would look sooooooooooo cool!! What about a white cake with neon colors airbrushed on it like grafitti?

I bought some neon gel colors that look really great!
