Hi, I need to make a Cake with cheese cake filling, I ve searched on CC for recipes but they arenot highly rated. And the other thing is in dont find Cheesse cake pudding mixes here in Calgary.
Any suggestion??. I am looking for a deliciuos recipe.

I've mixed 8 oz cream cheese with vanilla instant pudding mix and just a splash of milk (1/4 cup or less) before to make a spread for fruit pizza. It kinda tastes like cheesecake, but doesn't have the same texture as a NY cheesecake, but it is spreadable. That's the only thing I can think of.

Here you go!

Cheesecake Sauce

Mix 8 ounces softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sour cream. Beat well, until very smooth and creamy. Beat in 1 cup powdered sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

I would add more powdered sugar to get the thickness you want.
