I just some molds and want to use it with the fondant but i don't have the instructions

If the molds you are referring to are the hard ones with no flexiblility, you can dust them with cornstarch/powdered sugar mix and push the fondant in. They should release easily. I put some cornstarch and powdered sugar in a double thickness of cheesecloth and bring the ends up and secure with a rubber band. The mixture will sift out, kind of like a powder puff. I also store the cheesecloth in a small plastic tub with a lid and it's ready whenever I need it. Also you can dust off the fondant with a little clean paint brush if needed. Hope this helps.
