I'm going to make some multi-colored logos with Color Flow, and my experience with it is . . . well, none. Do you store/handle it like royal icing? Since I'm using so many colors, I need to be sure it doesn't crystallize on me as I work from one to the next.

Basically it IS royal icing, so you can treat it the same. Keep it covered, and it's good for quite awhile at room temp.

Thanks, Stef! That's what I was thinking but just wanted confirmation.
