I am trying to figure a price for a girl that wants me to make some cheesecakes to go along with her wedding cake. I am not disappointed in not making the wedding cake as the location is 90 miles away and I wouldn't want to drive a decorated cake that far, but I am not sure how to price a plain, undecorated cake. She is serving about 200. She doesn't want toppings on them. Just plain.

I would add up costs and the time you spend. Determine how much your time is worth and add it to the material cost. Make sure your price covers that.
