Ok so I was always told do not transport tiered cakes assembled. But I need to do a topsy turvy cake and I do not see how I can transport with out it being assembled. Please know that this is my first topsy turvy cake and delivery.

TIA
Merry

My tip would be to put the topsy turvy on a heavy or an oversized base. Those guys are very tippy. I used a tile for one of mine and it worked great. Also, if you can put the cake into a box that fits the base perfectly that helps as well.

Make sure that you use the center dowel or sps as well. I always transport my cakes fully stacked.
