I want to make darn good chocolate cake. I plan to make chocolate ganache for the frosting and piping and want to fill the layers with chocolate mousse.. Can anyone recommend a recipe for the ganache and the chocolate mousse?

Hi, I haven't made Chocolate mousse. But here how I make the ganache. Its 1:2 ratio. If you use 200ml of cream, add 400g of chocolate.

It's not real mousse, but its darn good. What I do is mix frostin pride (like bettercream) with chocolate pudding mix that has been dissolved in 1/2 cup milk and then add a tablespoon of cocoa powder for richness. yumm
