I have a dilemma. My boss' birthday is coming up soon. She loves strawberries, and I would really like to make a strawberry cake for her with her favorite fresh strawberries..... problem is... I'm very allergic to strawberries. I break out really bad and can't go anywhere near them. I would love some type of alternative idea. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How about this? It is a strawberry without the strawberries! I am sure she would love it! lol and the irony too! I made this for a chocolate fondue Party! It was pretty easy to make! And you can make the cake strawberry flavor!
