I was thinking of trying Toba Garretts Fondant recipe... I wondered about using wedding bouquet for the flavoring? Can you use it or will it affect the consistency of the fondant? Has anyone done this and have opinions on the taste??

I don't see why not? Try adding a little to a little fondant so you can see how it goes....

I make Toba Garrett's fondant all the time and I've used a variety of flavorings including Creme Bouquet which is similar to Wedding Bouquet and it comes out just fine. All you do is substitute what the recipe calls for with what you want. I used the same quantity that the recipe calls for. HTH

You are most welcome! I really liked the way it made the fondant taste! Good luck with it icon_smile.gif
