I am making my first wedding cake (3-tier). The tops will be buttercream and the bottom tier cream cheese. Does any one know if there is some sort of stabilizer for cream cheese frosting? Can I use meringue powder? Has anyone ever used a little quickblend in making the frosting more user friendly? Finally, is there a way to make the creamcheese frosting the same color as the buttercream??
