What is rolled buttercream? How do you make it?
Rolled buttercream is like a very soft fondant that tastes just like buttercream and does not have the chewy texture of fondant. You can find the recipe in the Recipes section of this website.
Personally I do not like rolled buttercream, it is so greasy and nasty, I am sorry but I do not like it.
I have the recipe developed by the originator of RBC Charlotte Collins.
It is a bit time consuming & different from what is used today.
