What is the cost to get a license for baking in your home? (If your state allows it) Just the license it's self. (Not the preparation getting your home ready). Maybe you could just say your state and how much your license was. Just wanting to get an idea. After that is there an annual fee?

I am in VA and for us, the licensing isn't what costs you... it's everything else. Registering as a LLC was $100 (then $50 every year after), zoning in my county is $375 (one-time), and inspection is $40 (good for 2 yrs). My county doesn't charge for small business licenses, but that would be an added expense. Then there is the insurance...

The only one that can answer is your Dept. of AG.

If I bake from my kitchen it's much less then if I bake from a redone garage.

It also depends on my classifications in each.

That's just for the HD, I still have license fees for city/county/state, and Federal.
