I am trying to find out how to infuse strawberries with champagne. There was a post here but it is gone.
Does anyone have any ideas or know how to do this?? Do I do it early in the day or closer towards the party time.
I want to dip them in chocolate after the champagne is in them. Any problems with that ??
There is a champagne oil that you can get that you could mix into your chocolates before dipping...At our local supermarket there is a sauce you can get for chicken, steak, and pork that comes with the injector needle....You want to give yourself enough time for the chocolate to set, but you could probably do it just prior to the event and dip....The chocolate would hold in the champagne.
