Orange Filling

Do any of you use an orange filling or buttercream on your cakes? I remember going to a boyfriends house in high school and his mom had an orange buttercream on a chocolate cake and it was fabulous! Been trying to mimic the taste and have just had blah results!

To make orange buttercream just add orange extract to your favorite buttercream recipe.

I make orange whipped cream by adding orange zest to the cream before I whip it. I use the zest of one orange for every cup of whipping (heavy) cream.

Add grand marnier and orange zest to your buttercream recipe. I think it tastes best with a lighter BC like IMBC.
