I am looking for someone to teach me the basic's to decorating cakes & cupcakes my dad is opening soon and has one GREAT decorator but I would like to learn as well....so I can HELP
I live in Tampa FL and would like to start ASAP.

SeriousCakes has about 18 different clips on youtube showing how to ice a cake and smooth it. Different flowers, stringwork....lots of stuff. On the youtube search just type in SeriousCakes and they will all come up.

I just got cakegenies DVD's and they are great step by step tutorials. SeriousCakes youtube videos are good too.
