So I went through the posts about freezing and maintaining moisture. I'm doing more cakes this weekend than I normally do and I want to be sure I can handle them all and maintain moisture and my sanity icon_eek.gif . I baked tonight, should I freeze them to decorate Friday for Saturday morning deliveries? Or am I late and I should refridgerate? Of course I'm wrapping. TIA

Yes, go ahead and fz them. Wrap in plastic wrap OR a plastic ziploc bag. Take them out a couple of hrs before you want to work on them......depending on how big they are. Like a 16, or 14 dbl layer tier will take 3-5 hrs but anything smaller won't take but 1-2 hrs.
