A question to those of you who own cake shops, how large is your space? Anyone willing to share cake shop pics?
Sorry, I have nothing useful to add here. I thought it would be a thread about how to do square-shaped foot cookies!!! Really
I'm starting to develop my basement kitchen and it will be about 200 sq ft, if that helps, but it's not a shop.
Photos are on my FLicker site (link below). It's just under 1200 sq feet, with a 60/40 split between kitchen and front office/retail space. Bear in mind that I also cater, so my space probably has a bit more equipment than most.
