I have a cake order for Sunday for a client who lives in the next town over, where I work. I can meet her halfway Saturday or Sunday, but since I'm working Friday, she wants me to just bring it then. I was planning to bake and make icing Wednesday night and decorate Thursday night. Will this be too early for them to serve the cake on Sunday? Thanks for any help and advice!!!

I ice/decorate on Thrusday for saturday weddings, so one more day will be fine. cakes aren't as fragile as some folks make them out to be.

Remember your gramma having a cake on her counter for days and days? We ate it and we loved it. thumbs_up.gif

Thanks Debi! I thought it would be fine, but just wanted some reassurance from the experts here! icon_smile.gif
