Should I Make These Ahead Of Time?

Sorry about the picture, I'm not sure how to crop it out of the ad, or who to credit the design to!
My question is should I make the flowers ahead of time so they harden, then place on the cake? Or should I put them on the cake as I make them? I haven't made flowers quite like these, so I'm assuming I'll use petal cutters for the larger ones?

Definately make aheadicon_smile.gif The should be cupped a slight bit wihch cannot be done on the cake.

I agree. Do them ahead of time and make extras for any
breakage that may occur.
