I recently got a Lift & Serve SweetHeart Pan that makes individual heart shapes. It has removable bottoms and I would love to do something special for our monthly birthday party at work. I can do mini-cheesecakes, but I would like to do something original. "No chocolate" has been requested ... any ideas? Has anyone used this pan?

Thanks!

Cute pan, I have never seen one like that before. maybe do a cake bottom mouse middle and a ganache topping.

Thanks, DanielleG. I've just used it once and did cheesecakes, but they were a big hit!

Couldn't you use the pan for petit fours? Just pop em' out, pour frosting on em' and pipe a little something.

They would be good for petit fours. I'm doing a bridal shower in March, so I may try it for that. Thanks for the idea, culinarycreations!

I first saw this pan on KitchenKrafts.com.

Did a search and they are available in different shapes from different companies. I got mine on Amazon because it came from an individual and was quite a bit less. If I really like it, I will probably put out some money and get some others.
