I usually use Decorator's Icing by Toba Garet. I like it, but I'm not crazy about it. I love the icing from a local bakey (in Slidell, LA). I have bought it from there to use for cakes but 1. it's expensive and 2. i think it is cheating. What is eveyone's favorite fool-proof recipe? Thanks!!
I really like sugarshack's buttercream. Its soft and taste nice. Not very sickening either.
I've been experimenting with some BC recipes, this one has topped the charts. More butter than shortening, it taste's delicious!
