Anyone know what brand of fondant Elisa Stauss of Confetti Cakes uses?

I am a fondant dummy! I do like MMF but find that it separates or cracks if you don't do the fondant dance beforehand and purchase the perfect fondant application insurance. My question is, what is the most fool proof fondant? I do like Satin Ice but I find that it dries out quickly here in the Colorado climate and cracks unless you use a lot of shortening when you work with it, and then it's just plain sticky. Any thoughts?

YESi USED THE BLACK VANILLA SATIN ICE FONDANT ON MY LEATHER JACKET CAKE AND THE FOLLOWING MORNING THE COLLAR WAS ALL CRACKED AND NEEDED REPLACED GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
